Capital is owned by Kelly Behrens.  She has been lending money to investors since 2017, has been a full-time real estate agent since 2005, and knows the ins and outs of the industry.  She has earned the prestigious Realtor Circle of Excellence award for multiple years. She is also a Hampton Roads native and the graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.

Kelly desires to achieve a win-win with all situations and to establish long term relationships with her investors.  Let's face it, this can be an extremely competitive industry filled with ups and downs, so having a connection with a private money lender you can count on is worth its weight in gold. Kelly's investors often come to her for advice for the best approach to a project based on how a buyer would perceive it, and she gladly gives her expertise.
